You can move your bbSpell license here.
Your bbSpell license can be moved to a new device. You will need to enter your registration key OR your OLD device PIN. You only need one OR the other.
The registration key was sent to you when bbSpell was initially purchased. You may also find the key on the OLD device in the bbSpell application by hitting the "Register" button. The registration key is 8 lowercase characters (no numbers).
If you can't obtain your registration key, you can use the PIN of your OLD device. The PIN can be found by going into the Blackberry Options, and then Status.
If you are unable to find either your registration key or OLD PIN, please let us know and we will attempt to locate it for you.
Once you have submitted the request to move the license, you will then need to enter your registration key on the new device.
